Admission procedure

STEP1	Submit enrollment form	After selecting your desired course, please submit your enrollment form before the deadline.
STEP 2	Application for Certification of Eligibility	After the Immigration Bureau has inspected your application, a Certificate of Eligibility will be issued.
STEP3	Tuition and fee payment	Payment for tuition and fees is required for admission.
STEP4	Admission permit	The school issues an “Admission permit” to selected applicants.
STEP5	Visa application	We will apply for visa at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate of Japan in overseas.
STEP6	Matriculation	After the required visa is issued,the applicant can start learning at Syonan Japanese Academy Hamamatsu Campus.
